Questions
Why 5 banks?
Each connected bank costs us a monthly fee to Plaid, our data provider, whether or not you open the app. A limit of 5 covers almost everyone, and it counts banks, not accounts: every account at a bank comes with it, and manual accounts are unlimited. If you need more, write to support@moneyactually.app and we’ll sort something out.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, under Subscription, press Manage and cancel there. No email or call. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, you cancel in that store.
Your history stays visible and exportable after you cancel or the trial ends. Syncing stops, and connected banks are disconnected after 14 days.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly: if you cancel within seven days of a charge and haven’t substantially used the service since, email us and we’ll refund it. Annual: ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play is refunded by that store. The full rules are in our terms.
What does Slip send, and to whom?
AI only when you ask. Nothing is sent unless you type a question to Slip, and you can turn Slip off. When you do ask, it sends your question and the screen you're on, your account names and balances, spending and income by month, budgets and last 40 transactions to Anthropic to answer. We keep none of it. Your first question asks for your OK before anything goes. The details are on the security page.
